This includes everything from marketing and listing creation, guest communication and bookings, to managing cleaning, maintenance, and day-to-day villa operations.

Again, we are obsessed with finding solutions. That is why we provide furnishing and villa inventory purchasing services. Basically, you tell us what you need and we’ll assist in making it a reality. We create detailed, high-quality listings with professional photography to showcase your property. For daily and monthly rentals we list the villas on popular platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, and other rental sites, and manage all guest inquiries, bookings, and reviews.

3. What areas of Bali do you cover?
We have listings all throughout Bali. Check out our “Own a Villa in Bali” or “Long Term Rental” sections on our website to peruse.

Currently, our property management team is operating in Seminyak and Canggu. If you’re unsure whether your property is in our service area, feel free to reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist!

We have a dedicated team of cleaners, gardeners, pool maintenance professionals, and repair personnel who ensure your property stays in top condition. We take care of scheduling regular upkeep and can also handle emergency repairs if needed.

We handle all guest communication, from answering initial inquiries to managing their check-in and addressing any questions or concerns during their stay. We aim to provide a seamless, welcoming experience for every guest.

Yes, we offer real estate brokerage services and can assist you with finding the right property or selling your villa. Our team works closely with developers and buyers to ensure smooth transactions.

8. How are fees for your services structured?
We charge a monthly fixed rate for every property that we manage and on top of that we charge a percentage of the rental income for short-term and mid-term property management.
